  • Do new roofs have warranties?

    Most products have manufacturer warranties that can be up to 50 years, but the Labor warranty the contractor offers we feel is the most important factor.

  • How long will it take to replace my roof?

    Most residential homes will take 1-2 days, size of the project is the main factor.

  • What should you ask your roofing contractor before hiring?

    • Is your company insured? Including Workers Comp insurance not just General liability,
    • Is your company licensed?
    • Is your roofing company a BBB Accredited Business?
    • What does your roofing warranty look like? 
    • How long has your company been in business in your area.
